Who he is: Although he's a Volvo Ocean Race rookie, Lucas has bags of experience across many different types of boat. He's completed the Sydney-Hobart five times and spent many hours onboard the Volvo Ocean 65s completing delivery trips and corporate sailing in the build up to the 2017-18 edition.
