Who he is: Jack Macartney has sailed with a number of Team Sun Hung Kai/Scallywag teammembers before and is a long-time friend of David Witt. He grew up sailing at Sydney Harbour, sailing a bunch of dinghies before ending up on the 18ft skiffs for a number of years.
