What he does: Works closely with the hard-working, talented comms team to plan outputs – daily videos, written text and photos to service the race's website, app and social media platforms. Leon also helps oversee the weekly TV series output, and produces and directs the live TV productions at stopover.

Who he is: Leon has a background in TV Production, starting in News & Current Affairs, including general production, specialising in live sailing event coverage.

He speaks: English (the Kiwi derivative of - ).

Something about him that you don't know: Loves to sail, and fish, at home on the Hauraki Gulf.
