Who he is: Phil had worked at a senior level at several major international corporate organisations before teaming up with Ian Walker and Jamie Boag for his first Volvo Ocean Race challenge in 2008 with Green Dragon. The 2014-15 race is his second consecutive stint as ADOR general manager.
