What he does: Designs, builds and operates most of the technology used in every stopover together with Volvo IT.

Who he is: Born in Zurich and raised in Oklahoma (USA) and Switzerland. Eric worked as an IT security & infrastructure professional in Switzerland before moving to Valencia in 2006 to join an America’s Cup project. He’s been with grand prix sailing ever since.

He speaks: German, Swiss German, English, French and Spanish.

Something about him that you don't know: This Swiss guy prefers snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. He says Aspen is the best place on this planet to snowboard and ski.
